Dental Treatment camp was conducted by the Department of Public Health Dentistry, SRM Dental College, Ramapuram along with Mr. Babu Founder of Ananya Foundation in Nagathamman Kovil street, Choolai pallam, Sanjay colony, West Jafferkhanpet, Chennai on 12/03/2023, Sunday. Our service was open to the general population in the slum area. Oral screening was done for all the participants. Oral health awareness was given to the beneficiaries individually. Treatments like topical fluoride application and atraumatic restorative treatment was done for the preventive group population. Brushing technique was demonstrated individually to all the beneficiaries and the same reciprocated on the tooth model. Oral hygiene instructions were given to all the beneficiaries. We would like to thank our Honourable Chairman Sir and Respected Dean sir, SRM Dental College, Ramapuram for supporting such a social initiative.
