Dental Treatment camp was conducted by the Department of Public Health Dentistry, SRM Dental College, Ramapuram along with Mr. Babu, Founder of Ananya Foundation in Nagathamman Kovil street, Choolai pallam, Sanjay colony, West Jafferkhanpet, Chennai on 05/03/2023, Sunday. Our service was open to the general public to identify high risk group populations as the burden of oral diseases is high among them. Oral Health awareness was given to the beneficiaries individually. Oral screening was done for all the beneficiaries. Treatment was provided to those needed. Brushing technique was demonstrated individually to all the beneficiaries and the same reciprocated on the tooth model. Oral hygiene instructions were given to all the beneficiaries. Participants raised questions about their oral cavity problems and answers were given for each participant. We would like to thank our Honourable Chairman Sir and Respected Dean Sir, SRM Dental College, Ramapuram for supporting such a big social initiative.
